ENGANCHE TERMS OF USE

1. Parties
This agreement is made between the Enganche platform (enganche.app) and the registered user.

2. Platform Status
The platform acts as a hosting provider under applicable law and is not the owner of user-generated content.

3. User Obligations
Users agree not to share content involving insults, threats, hate speech, copyright infringement, privacy violations, illegal betting promotion, or any unlawful material.

4. Illegal Betting Policy
The platform does not provide betting services. Illegal betting promotion and referral links are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Content Removal
The platform may remove content that is unlawful or violates community rules without prior notice.

6. Account Suspension
The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts temporarily or permanently when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability
The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content and is not responsible for disputes between users.

8. Governing Law
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
